Hello, I cannot possibly be the only one to think this, as it stands, is a ridiculous idea. After an expansion when we can finally not care about ideal setups (especially in 5-man content), it seems insane to go back to an age where classes are favoured over others for the buff(s) they'll bring. "Oh but Sakari there's scrolls for that!" go away. +7% will always be inferior to 10%. It's the reason why flasks/runes exist. Might as well go away with all sorts of optimization. It's dumb that say, a Warrior will have trouble or generally be considered undesireable for a party with for example, a mage, warlock and priest because of his buff. It seems, at current state, to be going back into nostalgia ("Hey, people liked old WoW right, old WoW had some very conterintuitive mechanics that we actually improved on, right? What if we...didn't?"), completely wrecking the very solid framework that Legion created ("Bring the player, not the class"). Just butting in because it's something that has me -very- bothered and concerned to see reach 'live' status. Please Help. Thanks ! I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
